Mr. Ratul Deb Roy – Chief Executive Officer(CEO) and founder
He began his career in the North American Telecom sector, providing technical support after completing his Post Graduation in Telecom Technology in 2007. In 2012, he transitioned to managing technical business transitions, and from 2016 to 2018, he supported the India operations center management for a renowned solution provider. From 2018 to 2022, he managed the complete provisioning operations, leading to a tenfold expansion of the company’s business capacity. In 2022, he became the Managing Director of X3i Solutions, based in Bangalore, India, where he continues to lead the organization successfully.
Mr. Vishnu Prasad V – Director & Co-founder
Over the past decade, he has pursued two passions: a career in telecom support services and entrepreneurship in the education sector. After graduating in Electronics and Communications Engineering, he took on roles with increasing responsibilities, leading a team of telecom support specialists and managing complex projects. These experiences deepened his understanding of the telecommunications landscape and industry trends.
Additionally, he owns and operates a school, focusing on holistic development and academic excellence. His entrepreneurial efforts in education demonstrate his commitment to nurturing future generations. Balancing both fields, he has successfully merged his technical expertise with his passion for education, making significant contributions in both areas.
